Search Queries
A name or location entered in a search box is sent directly to the third-party company that operates that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its response. We do not keep or log those search terms on our systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
When you email us, the message is retained for purposes of answering it. We keep the submission within our organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our servers automatically receive certain technical details when a page loads:

No Criminal-Record Data on File
Ralls County Criminal History does not maintain, compile, or sell a database of personal criminal records. It publishes general access information for the Ralls County Sheriff, Missouri Circuit Court and Case.net, the Missouri State Highway Patrol central repository, and the Missouri Sex Offender Registry. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports or criminal-record files about other people.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power the search boxes. Information entered there is governed by the selected partner's privacy policy rather than this policy. Each partner chooses its own retention and disclosure practices, which we do not control. Read those terms before sending a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to the Ralls County Sheriff, Missouri court portals, state agencies, legal resources, and commercial search providers. Their privacy terms govern once you leave our website. Review the destination policy before providing personal information.
Some advertising companies may use their own systems to track activity across websites for targeted advertising. We do not operate that tracking infrastructure.
